Here's how it works
(it's simpler than you think)

Buy

You buy a share up to 75% of a brand new home. The size of your share is calculated from an affordability assessment.* You can buy more of your home whenever you are ready.

Deposit

You only pay a deposit on the share of the house that you are buying. Deposits start from just 5% of your share.

Rent

You pay us a small monthly rent of just 2.75% on the share you don't buy. The rent increases annually in line with inflation, click here for full costings.

Financial Assessment

Complete a financial affordability assessment with a mortgage advisor to work out what share of the home you can afford.

Choose a Home

Once you know how much you can afford, you can choose the home you want to purchase with Home Reach.

Confirm your eligibility

Reserve your home

Pay a reservation fee to the sales team to secure your home.

Step 5
Sort your Mortgage

Apply for a mortgage (if you need one). The sales team can help guide you to an appropriate specialist if you need.

Sort the legal bits

Appoint a solicitor to carry out the legal work for you and act in your best interest.

Step 7
Exchange contracts

Pay your deposit, sign your contracts and agree a moving in date.

Step 8
Get moving!

On the agreed completion day, collect the keys, move in and enjoy your new home.
